Vendors and Booths

Welcome to the NEW Unionville Festival Vendor Support page.  
Our vendors are an important part of the festival.
We look forward to you joining us for the 48th Unionville Festival on June 3 and 4 2017.


For 2017 the registration process for all vendors has changed. Please be sure to read the following before proceeding:

  • Vendor registration is being handled online only. Registration forms are no longer available to print and mail in.
  • Payment can be made by credit card (or PayPal).
  • Registration requires immediate payment. No registration numbers; no advance confirmation before paying. *
  • In the registration process you will be given the option to choose a preferred location on or near Main Street Unionville. While we will do our best to accommodate your preference, we cannot guarantee any particular location.
  • When your registration is complete you will receive an immediate email confirming the details of your registration.
  • No later than May 8 we will provide an update on arrangements for the 2017 festival.
  • Booth locations and numbers will be provided approximately one week before the festival. We cannot confirm any location information before then.

Booth Details
Please note that each space is 10' x 10' (3m x 3m) in area
and that each vendor will need to supply their own tables, chair and canopy.

Set up and shut down times are as follows:
Saturday set up is from 8 am to 9 am. No vehicle access after 9 am.
Sunday set up is from 10 am to 11 am. No vehicle access before 10 am or after 11 am.

Shut down on both days begins at 5 pm and must be complete by 6 pm.
(The street will be re-opened to traffic at 6 pm and there must be no pedestrians patronising booths.)

* It is our intent to accept all vendors who register and pay. In the unlikely event that we are unable to accept your registration, we will let you know and will refund or cancel your payment as soon as possible.

2017 Rates
Booth Spaces are available purchase for Saturday, Sunday or both Days.  We offer different rates dependent on vendor type. 
We offer Early Bird Special rates to encourage early sign up. 
 
Early Bird Rates are in effect up to midnight  April 14. 
On / After April 15, regular rates will apply.
